Openet hope for wholesale customers it will reduces the complexity, simplifies the on-boarding process of new customers, provides real-time accounting reports and reduces operational costs. The team claim using such services will enable customers to focus on customer delivery and the deployment of new offers and services.
“Operators have made significant investments in their wireless network infrastructure in the past decade, and as a result, we have seen a noticeable growth in wholesale business to harness that connectivity.” said Niall Byrne, GVP of Managed Services and Enterprise at Openet. “Rich offerings and subscriber experience are key for both wholesale customers and providers, and our DEG will not only enable those capabilities, but do so in a more efficient way.”
The Digital Enterprise Practice will see the firm offer three new services which are currently available to network operators, but not previously to enterprise customers.
